Open Days

Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) in Warsaw and its Branch Offices in Lviv and in Brest are organizing Open Days for potential applicants within the Third Call for Proposals. The Open Days are an opportunity to receive comprehensive information on the Programme and on the current Call for Proposals.
The Open Days will be organized according to the following schedule:

-In Warsaw: every Tuesday and Thursday between April 17 and May 24, 2012 (besides May 8 and holidays on May 1 and 3, 2012)
-In Lviv: every Tuesday and Thursday between April 17 and May 24, 2012 (besides holiday on May 1, 2012)
-In Brest: every Tuesday and Thursday between April 17 and May 24, 2012 (besides holidays on April 24 and May 1, 2012)

Annual Work Plan of the Joint Managing Authority 2012

In accordance with requirements concerning cross-border cooperation programmes under the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument the Joint Managing Authority for Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2007-2013 Cross-border Cooperation Programme publishes its Annual Work Plan for year 2012.

Following the rules from the Practical Guide to contract procedures for EC external actions (PRAG) Work Plan of the Joint Managing Authority must be made available on the website until 31st of March each year. The document contains priorities and measures of the Programme, basic rules on eligibility, indicative information on the number and sums foreseen for the calls for proposals in year 2012. The document was approved by the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Programme.
