During the week of the tour, participants will be able to meet with the beneficiaries of the Programme from 6 regions (local governments, public institutions, non-governmental organizations) and refer to various cooperation projects (ecology, tourism, social support, medicine, science, culture, entrepreneurship). Participants will be able to see the real effects of what has been achieved thanks to the support from the European Union. The first meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) of the ENI Cross-border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020 (Programme) took place in Rzeszów on March 23 2016. The JMC decided to:
1. Approve the Rules of Procedures of the Joint Monitoring Committee with respective changes requested by representatives of the Podkarpackie Voivodship and the National Authority of the Republic of Belarus.
2. Establish the Working Group for preparation of the application pack for the 1st CfP and large infrastructure projects and agree upon its composition.
3. Launch a written procedure to approve the per diems and travel arrangements.
The European Commission adopted on 17 December 2015 its implementing decision No. C(2015) 9138 on approval of the ENI CBC Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020. The first meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Programme is scheduled for March 2016 in order to prepare the ground for the launch of the Programme.read more »
