The Evaluation Committee of the Cross-border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2007-2013 will meet on 4 August 2010 in the premises of the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) in order to close the first step of the evaluation process, i.e. the administrative and eligibility check.

The opening session, administrative check and the verification of eligibility of the projects submitted within the 1st Call for Proposals has been carried out by the JTS. Basing on this work, the Evaluation Committee shall approve the Evaluation Report. After approval of the report, the Applicants will receive an information whether their application has been recommended for further (quality) evaluation or it has been rejected.

Further on, the quality assessment of the applications will be performed by the staff of the assessors. The final decision on selection of the projects will be done by the Joint Monitoring Committee. The JMC meeting is planned to be organised in the middle of October 2010.
